SO glad we had Caitlin, Megan and their crew throughout our wedding planning process and especially the day of!! I was planning a wedding in DFW while living 5 hours away and I certainly couldn't have done it without Caitlin! She was wonderfully accommodating to my crazy schedule and limited availability (even Facetiming meetings when necessary), as well as incredibly helpful in recommending and communicating with different vendors. It was so wonderful come wedding day being able to relax and enjoy every minute with the bridal party, family and friends because I knew that Caitlin had everything taken care of. She was so attentive to Blake and me throughout the evening and made sure we got the enjoy all of the little pieces of our big day that we had put together, from the dinner and cake to the different bar beverages.
We also used Megan for our florals and are so very happy we did!! Her work is just BEAUTIFUL and we received several compliments from our guests! She was so much fun to work with and very helpful in developing our wedding décor style.
We can’t thank Caitlin and Megan enough for all of their hard work in making our special day perfect and are so glad they are a part of our precious wedding day memories!!
If you're on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, just do it and hire Caitlin and the Celebrate Dallas team. I hired Caitlin for month-of coordination for my wedding at the Nasher Sculpture Center. I can't say enough great things about her and her team. They executed my vision perfectly, and I wouldn't change a thing about how our wedding went. She's everything you could want in a planner - detail-oriented, responsive, organized, kind, patient, cool, creative, and just all-around helpful. I grew more at ease with every step of the process. Caitlin thinks of all the little things you never thought of because, ya know, you haven't planned a wedding before. She is also the take-charge lady you want running all your shizz leading up to your wedding and the day-of because you will have zero bandwidth to mess with your vendors, etc. She knows the right questions to ask and just handles it. She and her team are the reason my husband and I had a beautiful stress-free wedding, and I would recommend her to anyone.
I also used Caitlin's business partner, Megan, for floral design and I would echo all the positivity for her as well. Her style was exactly what I was looking for in florals - bright, lush, modern, loose arrangements. This fit our venue and style perfectly, and I had so many people commenting to me how gorgeous the florals were. I wish I could have Celebrate Colorfully arrangements in my life all the time because they just have this beautiful, happy vibe!
It makes things so much easier when you have your planner and floral designer working lock-step. I also thought they were a great value for all the planning services and floral we got. These ladies are a dream to work with. They're the fun, creative, unpretentious duo you want for your wedding, and I'm so glad I hired them for mine!

ALRIGHT this is insanely overdue! I'm not sure I will be able to fully express my gratitude in this one review for Caitlin and the immaculate job she did helping to orchestra my wedding! Growing up in the wedding industry and currently owning a wedding business of my own I had a pretty good amount of knowledge for weddings. I NEVER dreamed I would hire a wedding planner. Well 6 months out stress took the best of me and I am SO fortunate to have accidentally met Caitlin through a mutual client of ours. BEST BLESSING EVER!!!!!! Caitlin is EVERYTHING you need in a Best Friend... I mean wedding planner, but really are they different the month before you wedding? Her month-of coordination/ therapy sessions were the BEST investment I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. Caitlin is organized, precise, PATIENT to a saint level, creative, direct, authoritative when necessary and super chill unless you mess with one of her brides... then its all momma bear to the rescue! I promise you this, hiring Caitlin is 100% a NON-regrettable decision. Anything I write on here will not do Megan and her team justice to explain the peace of mind they gave me and my fiancé through the entire planning process and on our big day. Megan went above and beyond for us. From the first day we met she was only a text message away and was always checking in and keeping me on track. She helped me search for vendors, kept track of our budget, gave recommendations on where to purchase additional items, helped in any DIY projects needed, and acted as the main contact for all of my vendors throughout the whole year of the planning process.
Not only this but she executed (one of) the most important parts of my entire day, the florals. Megan is an amazing florist and her arrangements brought tears to my eyes! Every last detail was spot on. Megan and her team made my dream wedding come true!
Let me just brag about Caitlin real quick. My family is huge, loud, and can be obnoxious. The family I married into is even bigger and louder! Caitlin swooped in and demanded control over the whole coordination of the event from rehearsal to midnight the next day. Our wedding was over 300 guest. Everyone involved received a schedule, everyone knew what to do and when to do it, and WE WERE ON TIME FOR EVERYTHING. How often does that happen? It was absolutely amazing. Everything worked out seamlessly. If there was some type of mishap at the wedding I didn’t hear about it. Which makes me feel even better about this amazing team. Caitlin took care of everything and was the go to person on the day of, making me free to gallivant around in my beautiful dress and play queen for the day.
It was the best day of my life thanks to the Celebrate Colorfully team. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did.

We knew that we wanted to hire a coordinator for our wedding so that we could just relax and enjoy our special day. Caitlin was so organized, thoughtful, and professional from the very beginning. I knew from the moment I saw her in action at our rehearsal dinner that I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. Caitlin has the ability to take control and manage any situation that is thrown at her, but as the bride, I never knew if there was a problem! I was a nervous wreck when we arrived at the venue, but Caitlin was there waiting for me and the moment I saw her, I knew everything was being handled.

Megan and Caitlin at Celebrate Colorfully brought peace of mind, professional experience, fun personality, and champagne (always champagne) to our wedding planning process. We booked partial planning and florals—and were so very pleased on both accounts!! Our wedding was hosted near Houston, and the team was willing to travel to make everything come together seamlessly, even from a distance.
Leading up to the big day, Caitlin answered countless (and I do mean countless...) questions and helped us brainstorm ideas we wouldn't have even considered ourselves, like a first dance hosted on the grand entrance patio instead of the dance floor. She reassured us about decisions every step of the way, and filled us in when we were lacking information. On the day of the wedding, I don't know what we would have done without Caitlin! As the bride, I had no idea there were any obstacles behind-the-scenes—because she had quickly smoothed them over before any mishaps were brought to my attention. Her calm demeanor, quick responsiveness, and of course fabulous personality were wonderful additions to our ceremony and reception.
Megan knocked it out of the park on florals! We talked about my overall vision and I showed her a few ideas. Her creativity far exceeded my expectations! She somehow managed to capture the classic elegance I had in mind, with enough of a twist that the arrangements still felt fresh and personalized. We were happy with every detail—from the rehearsal dinner and reception centerpieces, to bridesmaid bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres.

Celebrate Colorfully went above and beyond planning my wedding. Megan and Caitlin were not only super organized, but their creative talent is next level. I did not have a lot of confidence in myself for pulling off a wedding on my own, so I enlisted their help from start to finish with full service planning. I also used Megan as my florist, which was an ideal situation. I didn't have a lot of specific ideas or details about my wedding and reception, i just had a general idea of the atmosphere I wanted with no idea how to bring it to life, but this team can work miracles and my wedding was a true fairy tale wedding. If you're considering them to plan your wedding or event, just choose them. You will not have any regrets!
So this review is a little bit overdue, because of who I am as a person. Anywho, we got married in October and used Celebrate Colorfully for florals and day-of coordination. First off, they are pretty freaking fantastic. They have great taste. They are just plain cool, down to earth, and great at communication (and not just before you sign a contract!). I feel like I made new friends throughout the process and I just really loved working with them! Megan did a beautiful job on florals and she worked magic by giving me the details that I wanted the most while keeping my budget in mind (if you're planning a wedding, you know that the ability to do this is invaluable). Something I particularly loved about working with Celebrate Colorfully is the VALUE I found in being able to tap their resources. We ended up renting some of the beautiful glasses in their inventory (in addition to using other random items) AND both Megan and Caitlin directed me to amazing vendors for our cake and DJ/MC. Caitlin did our day-of coordination and SHE WAS EVERYTHING. Seriously, I didn't need to be stressed at all because Caitlin ran the show and I just had to show up. She's a boss lady with the perfect amount of chill. I can't even imagine how the day would've gone without her (and the day was absolutely perfect). Megan, Caitlin, and the interns went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day was a success. If we did our wedding day all over again, I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Hiring Megan and Caitlin with Celebrate Colorfully was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. Their attention to detail and creativity during the planning process was super helpful for a more laid back bride like myself. Megan put together the most amazing florals for our special day with a small amount of guidance on my part. Caitlin went above and beyond in every aspect of Day of Coordination. My husband and I were able to just show up on our wedding day and enjoy ourselves, knowing that this wonderful team would be taking care of everything. Megan and Caitlin were truly such an integral and fun part of our wedding day! They took so much stress off our shoulders and not only rolled with all our quirky touches but totally understood what we were going for and added to that with their Amazing Creativity! The organization, flow, and logistic coordination that they brought made the day and weeks leading up to it feel manageable and under control. The fun, creative, whimsical side that they provided brought so much magic to the day! They were such a presence at meetings and so available over email. I truly cannot say enough and would suggest them to absolutely every style of wedding and bride!
We used Caitlin for the Day of Hustle package. I was planning our Dallas wedding from long-distance, and Caitlin was an incredible resource to help me find vendors, stay on track and stay organized. I bugged her with far too many e-mails, and always got a timely response. We had multiple planning meetings with Caitlin to help with design guidance and ensure everything would go together. She was a valuable teammate to bounce ideas off of and help us make sure we achieved our vision.
We heard about Celebrate Dallas originally through one of my friends and got to witness the team in action at my friend's wedding. The team was friendly, but strict enough to ensure the event stuck to the timeline and everything flowed smoothly. We witnessed the same thing at our wedding, and we have already recommended one of our friends use the Celebrate team to make sure their wedding goes off without a hitch. Let’s start by saying this - Caitlin needs to charge 10x what she charges for her services because they are that good. Being the groom, my bridge was stressed as hell through the last month or two of wedding planning and Caitlin, even though we only had her as our day of coordinator, took a bunch of stress off both of us.
• Literally 5 minutes before the ceremony, I gave a hug to one of my groomsmen and my boutonnière exploded. Great, bride is going to hate all of our photos because I’ve got 1/4th of a flower on my chest. Within 2 minutes, Caitlin was pinning a backup on my chest because that’s just how well she plans and responds.
• We were eating dinner and taking in the scene and my bride asked me if we could do something (pull back the drapes at the venue) and I looked across the room and immediately realized that, in between dismissing tables, Caitlin had her eyes LOCKED on us to ensure she was there if we needed anything. This wasn’t some creepy, hover over you type of eye lock - this was all the way across the room, never would have noticed her eyes locked on. That’s the moment that I realized she was the real deal.
• About 2/3rds of the way through the reception I realized that one of our vendors had slipped a tip jar on their table. This was specifically something my bride and I asked all of vendors not to do - we were going to tip them in full for everyone. I locked eyes with Caitlin and before I could even finish my sentence she said she had it. Less than 2 minutes later she passed by said “Ryne” to get my attention. “It’s taken care of.”
Everyone always told us during planning that something was going to go wrong and to roll with the punches. I can honestly tell you we have to dig for even the trivial things and that is 110% due to Caitlin and her team. I can’t lie to you and tell you something won’t go wrong during your wedding but rest assured if you’re in Caitlin’s hands, you will have as close to a perfect day as humanly possible. She’s THAT good.
Caitlin says she'll become your best friend just by working with you and I can truly say that she felt like a best friend on the weeks and the DAY of. She's detailed, she's on top of it, she puts you first and she reminds you that it's YOUR DAY do it YOUR WAY. She never made me feel anything but peaceful and calm that my day would go perfect. And you know what....it was absolutely perfect.
Caitlin is THE BEST vendor I have ever hired. She is organized professional and knowledgeable. I began the process thinking "I've organized numerous events before, I don't need a wedding planner". WRONG. You need Caitlin and her entourage to make everything run smoothly and so you can enjoy your day. My family members and I can be hard to reign in during a meeting but Caitlin somehow managed to do it. I just can't tell you how many fires she put out and I didn't even find out until way after the wedding. Letting me focus on the important things :) Thank you SO SO MUCH! I used Caitlin’s Day of Hustle- she is hands down amazing, so incredibly detail oriented, professional, and organized. It would take awhile to list all the number of ways she made our wedding perfect - coordinating the vendors for day of arrivals, last minute steaming my wedding dress after I decided to sit down (right before walking down the aisle, my dress so wrinkled), ensuring the Alabama football game was on for my uncles and managing to hide it from my mom lol, and the list goes on.... stop looking, just get Caitlin!
I could never refer someone more. Caitlin not only made sure all of our special details were covered, but gave impeccable guidance to help us achieve our overall vision. Her knowledge of the field and her vendor relationships are only overshadowed by how amazing she is on a personal level. We could never thank her enough.
