This is a day to celebrate love, joy and your story- not a day to be a bundled ball of nerves or high-stress! 2. Just Breathe! 

Each time you feel those nerves creeping up, close your eyes, and take a few deep breathes. Try to visualize the one that will meet you at the end of the aisle, the one that will be holding your hand every day for the rest of your life. If you are having a hard time relaxing, set up some pampering on the morning of! A mani and pedi will always make a good day, better!
